Ingredients:
• halibut steak, cut into 1 inch thick
• 1 tablespoon coarse-grain mustard
• 2 small leeks or 1 big leek
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• ½ tablespoon water
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon olive oil, preferably extra virgin
