I like to cook a lot, but I'm not usually a breakfast person. Also despite all the delicious cooking I do. The one thing I could never seem accomplisg was making perfect eggs over easy. I can make good scrambled eggs, and good sunny side up eggs, but for some reason I'd always break the yolk when trying to turn the egg over easy. This is the first time ever I made perfect over easy eggs. I'm mostly into cooking dinner stuff, like home made spaghetti and meatballs,grilled steak,pot roast,pork chops, etc, you get the picture.
