Diet the Medifast Way

“Diet, diet, diet!”  We often hear these words every time our favorite jeans do not fit us liked they used to or every time we see unwanted bulges here and there whenever we look at ourselves in our not too friendly but honest mirror.  Words we keep repeating to ourselves like a mantra somehow brings a feeling of “doom” because we know we will have hard days ahead – bland foods, food deprivation, exercise, etc.  I do not think anyone looked forward to dieting, except the part where you get good end results, of course.
