Cooking Connection: Argentinean Grilled Pork with Red Chimichurri

Argentinean Grilled Pork Prep Time: 10 minutes Grill Time: 15 to 20 minutes Serves 6 2 pounds boneless Pork Center Cut Loin Chops, cut ¾ or 1-inch thick 2 Tablespoons Adams Reserve Garlic and Peppercorn Sear n Crust Rub* ½ jar San Carlos Chimichurri Sauce* ¼ cup diced tomatoes, canned or fresh 1. Season pork with Adams Rub. Stir chimichurri sauce and tomatoes together in a small bowl; set aside. 2. Prepare charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes. Grill pork over Medium heat (375°F grill surface temperature) 7 to 10 minutes per side. (Internal temperature of pork should reach 150°F in center with a light pink blush.) 3. Let stand 5 minutes.
