Skillet Pan seared Pork Tenderloin fabricated simple. The Sauce is Optional.(5)

Trimming the silver skin,dry the meat before searing,how to know when the skillet is hot,2 teaspoons of vegetable oil(Canola oil has a higher smoking temp),sear meat on all sides,then place meat on a cooking tray and put it into a 400 degree oven on the middle rack until the meat is 135 degrees, The sauce is optional and so you write it down if you want it. I just make mashed potatoes with the Tenderloin. lol Let the Tenderloin rest,tented,for 10 minutes.
